OUR HOTEL POLICIES

PET POLICY
The Beaufort Inn is dog friendly. You may have up to two dogs per guest room under 40 lbs. each. A one-time, non-refundable fee of $30 per dog, per night plus tax will be charged to your room upon check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 72 hours before 3 pm on the day of arrival. Cancellations within the 72-hour cancellation policy are subject to the first night’s room and tax. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 72-hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation. Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be charged for one night’s room and tax 72 hours pre-arrival to ensure validity. The guest can pay with a different credit card at check-in and we can reverse the charge to the credit card on file at that time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT TIMES ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

ARE EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT AVAILABLE?
Early check-in cannot be guaranteed, but we will check guests in if a room is available before the check-in time of 3 pm.

DO YOU OFFER PARKING?
Self-parking is available for all guests at The Beaufort Inn.

DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER ON SITE?
No. The Beaufort Inn does not have a fitness center on site.

WHAT IS THE RESORT FEE AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
The resort fee includes self-parking, complimentary coffee in the parlor, waters at check-in, beach passes, and bike rental.

DO YOU HAVE A POOL OR BEACH ACCESS?
The Beaufort Inn does not have a pool. However, we do provide complimentary beach passes to nearby Huntington Island State Park. Passes are limited in availability and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

DO YOU HAVE AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE?
We do not offer an airport shuttle at this time, but our front desk would be more than happy to help you with the options available in Beaufort.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO CHECK IN?
You must be 21 or older to check in at The Beaufort Inn.

WHAT IS YOUR SMOKING POLICY?
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on The Beaufort Inn property, including balconies and courtyards. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to a fine.

ARE YOU WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF ANY RESTAURANTS?
Yes! There are many dining options in the immediate area. Just ask our front desk team for recommendations.
